Designs for Strong Minds values and respects your privacy. As required by The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), this policy is provided to inform parents and legal guardians about our privacy practices.

Our children’s apps are designed to enhance the learning process. Our goal is to maximize intelligence and the capacity to learn for all people. We do not collect, store or share any information about our participants. Any personal information provided for the purposes of a username or feedback will not be supplied to any third parties. If your child does provide us with feedback or contacts us for support, we will collect the data in the communication and delete the personal information once we have attained the feedback or assisted with the support.

Designs for Strong Minds will not require any information than is reasonably necessary to interact with the application. Parents or guardians can review this information and direct us to delete it at any time.

There are no advertisements or in-app purchases. We do have links to our other applications, but these applications are also privacy protected.

Analytics

Designs for Strong Minds MIGHT USE third-party analytics software to provide us with information regarding the usage of the App. The information we receive from such third-party analytics software is not Personal Information attributable to any user but rather information that is aggregated by the software so that we can track things such as how many users interact with the App on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, what App content or features our users are frequenting, and the geographic regions of our users.

Changes in this Privacy Policy

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. If this privacy policy changes, we will notify users through the App and users will be required to accept the changes to continue using the App.
