We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.  Because we do not double-book appointments, when you break your appointment, we are not able to fill the empty spot. As time and space is limited someone else may not be able to be seen by us.

Fees for missed appointments:

There is a full visit fee for missed private appointments without a 48 hour notice.  (We always call 2 days prior to confirm your appointment).  We need a 48 hour window to contact other professionals and patients who have requested the time slot.

Please arrive 5-10 min before your appointment.  Those who are late will have a shorter session so the next patients won't have to wait.
